Description	Long term SAP Functional Analyst with expertise in SD and Logistics, and preferably QM. This person will interface with Business Owners, Technical Teams, and System Users to deliver high quality and accurate business solutions. Responsibilities will include creation of functional specifications, reviewing technical specifications, and testing enhancements delivered by Technical/Development teams. This position will serve as a key resource for day to day and on-going SAP related activities including logistics (recording production, scheduling and fulfilling bulk coal shipments, and shipment quality inspection plans, recording assay results and tracking compliance). This is a support role working with our users to facilitate the business process. The SAP skills are important but any candidate will have to learn the business process. This position will share on-call (24/7) responsibilities (on every 3rd week). Our activities require transaction level, master data, and configuration knowledge, with good analysis and communication skills. Project work involves acting as the key contact with the business users to develop additional/custom QM functionality to enhance existing functionalities by articulating requirements and translating them into effective solutions.
Qualifications	Job Requirements: • Candidates should have a Bachelor (or a more advanced) Degree (preferably in an Engineering discipline) • Candidates must have 5+ years experience in SAP ECC 6.0: SD and preferably QM. • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment • Action oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills • Additional relevant experience related to project full life cycle implementations would be beneficial
